For our new offerings in personal analytics and productivity intelligence we are seeking a Growth Hacker (Technology Marketing and Growth Professional).
Your responsibilities:
- Researching market situation and business opportunities in enterprise and consumer productivity analytics;
- Developing marketing materials, such as product descriptions, brochures, presentations, web sites, and other collateral;
- Interacting with potential customers to acquire comprehensive understanding of their business challenges and requirements for organizational intelligence and analytics;
- Maintaining constant ongoing communication with interest groups, communities, and other relevant associations;
- Generating intense permanent outbound content feed including blogging, news releases, social networks, and other appropriate channels;
- Securing rapid growth of web visitor traffic, test users, and incoming customer inquiries.
Ideal candidates for this position would possess the following
qualifications:
- University or comparable degree in marketing, management, computer science, or in another related area;
- High motivation and engagement;
- Entrepreneurial attitude, focus on achieving the set goals;
- Ability to establish and to maintain professional relationships and networks;
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English;
- Skills to create and publish marketing content in its various forms such as write-ups, white papers, press releases, blogs, social networks, and websites.

- Availability for travel world-wide as necessary for the business.
You will participate in design, implementation and operation of state-of-the-art software products for personal and enterprise productivity analytics. This includes server-based products for cloud services, applications for mobile devices, desktop software, and web applications.
This position requires thorough understanding of modern software engineering techniques and platforms. Knowledge of Microsoft development tools, SQL, HTML5 and JavaScript is essential, as well as in-depth knowledge of architecture and operations of web-based and cloud software.
The selected candidate will be expected to continuously learn new technologies and development tools. The candidate has to assure consistent and reliable operation of the developed products by complying with the latest practices in software engineering and by assisting operations in real-life software installations.
Interest in the latest industry trends and competitive mentality are critically important.
Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, physics, or mathematics expected. Beginners, students, and candidates with other professional background will also be considered for apprenticeship roles.
These positions are based in Munich or in Imperia, Italy.
