Omnicontext Cloud creates and maintains an enclosed, safe and private storage network among your devices without the need for an external online cloud service.

The advantages of Omnicontext Cloud are security, reliability, full control by the owner, and the costs. Instead of renting space on provider’s servers, the application uses the available hardware for storage, guaranteeing the lowest price per gigabyte on the market.

All data are synched by using the free space on the individual devices with full access on any participating device.

An important aim of Omnicontext Cloud is data privacy.

“The 100% control over stored information is guaranteed. No one can dig into the data, – says Hypersoft managing director Serguei Dobrinevski, - The files only exist on the customer devices, no other party has them, so the data belong only to the owner.

The technology behind Omnicontext Cloud is based on peer-to-peer replication between computers and mobile devices. The data are never stored or transmitted anywhere else, at the same time the access to data is available for the owner from anywhere. Data integrity is ensured by registering all participating devices and all changes to data in a blockchain.

With Omnicontext Cloud Hypersoft redefines the meaning of Cloud Storage: no need for an online cloud service, impressive performance, and minimal risk to lose the data.

Comprehensive new monitoring and advanced analytics are added to the capabilities of Omnicontext™ for digital workplace platforms across on-premise and hybrid cloud.

The new functions holistically integrate into Omnicontext™ operations metrics along with existing Microsoft 365 analytics and provide organizations with the benefit of full control over quality and usage of cloud applications.

The monitored applications include Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more. For all of them Omnicontext™ measures real-life user experience, directly from customers’ networks and locations. Service outages and quality problems trigger immediate notifications, so they can be quickly addressed to keep users productive at all times.

Omnicontext™ productivity analytics quantifies usage and adoption of Google Workspace by enterprise customers. Details of email load, meetings, information sharing and collaboration are used to understand how working time and resources generate business value, and how much is lost for unproductive activities. Users of Omnicontext™ get access to long-term trends that show changes in work culture and productivity as companies deploy more digital workplace tools and rely more than before on remote work.

As an end-to-end solution, Omnicontext™ handles the full analytics lifecycle from data collection and integration to in-depth analysis, visualization, and publishing.

“The productivity benefits of modern digital workplace tools are rarely quantified and often overestimated – says managing director of Hypersoft Dr. Serguei Dobrinevski. – For many organizations, broad deployment of virtual meetings and collaboration tools becomes even counterproductive as valuable time is being lost in unnecessary meetings or endless communication threads. Omnicontext™ produces exact knowledge about efficient use of working time and other resources, as well as reliable measurement of availability and quality for cloud-based services such as Google Workplace.”

Omnicontext™ analytics for Google Workplace is available immediately, directly from Hypersoft or from partners and resellers worldwide.
